    What is included?

Each animal has its own product page with the current package contents. Check that page and your selected option before ordering.

No. The walking motion comes from gravity, balance and the shape of the moving legs.

On the animal’s product page, select Add an Engraved Name (+$4), then enter the name exactly as you want it engraved. Review the spelling before checkout.

Start with the included ramp and setup shown in the guide. If the walker still veers, slides or stops, contact support with a short video and your order number so the issue can be assessed.
